Training takes place at Wallingford Sports Park at the following times:

Pre-season Fitness Training (Open to all): Wednesday from 7.30pm - 8.30pm (commenced 8th July 2015). Please note that there will be a small £2 fee per person for each session to help towards the running cost. Men's U14s:Wednesday 6.30 - 8.00pm

Men's Club and U16s: Wednesday 7.00 - 8.30pm
Men's 1st/2nd Squad Training: Wednesday 7.30 - 9.30pm

Ladies Club: 14/08/14 onwards - Thursday 7.15-9.00pm

Coaching is provided by qualified coaches with a mix of drills, continued fitness and training games as part of weekly sessions.
