Training takes place at Wallingford Sports Park at the following times:

Pre-season Fitness Training (Open to all): Wednesday from 7.00pm - 8.00pm (commencing from 18th July 2012). Before then, if you need ideas and guidance on staying fit throughout the summer months why not check out our Fitness Programme, compiled by our Head Coach

Academy (U14's and U16's): Thursday from 6.30pm - 8.00pm (commencing from TBA)
Men: Thursday from 7.30pm - 9.00pm (commencing from 6th September 2012)
Men's 1st/2nd Squad Training: Wednesday from 8.00pm - 10.00pm (commencing from 15th August 2012)
Ladies: Wednesday from 7.00pm - 8.30pm (commencing from 15th August 2012)
Wildcats: Sunday Mornings (commencing from TBA):

  • U6's (Under 5 and Under 6 years of age on Sept 1st) 9:30am - 10:30am
  • U8's (Under 7 and Under 8 years of age on Sept 1st) 9:30am - 10.45am
  • U10's (Under 9 and Under 10 years of age on Sept 1st) 10.30am - 11.45am
  • U12's (Under 11 and Under 12 years of age on Sept 1st) 11.30am - 1.00am

Pitch training takes place throughout the season, with breaks over the Christmas period. Coaching is provided by qualified coaches with a mix of drills, continued fitness and training games as part of weekly sessions.
