Training takes place at Wallingford Sports Park at the following times:
Pre-season Fitness Training (Open to all): Wednesday from 7.30pm - 9.00pm (commencing from 16th July 2014). Before then, if you need ideas and guidance on staying fit throughout the summer months why not check out our Fitness Programme, compiled by our Head Coach
Men's Club and U16s: Wednesday 7.00 - 8.30pm
Ladies Club: 14/08/14 onwards - Thursday 7.15-9.00pm
Coaching is provided by qualified coaches with a mix of drills, continued fitness and training games as part of weekly sessions.
